Standard Products

Items purchased on this site are eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Return conditions (eligibility window, item condition, exceptions) may vary depending on your country of residence, in accordance with applicable local consumer protection laws.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Made-to-Order Pieces

All made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Because these pieces are cut and produced specifically for you based on the measurements provided at the time of purchase, they cannot be returned or refunded. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify sizing carefully before placing an order. We're happy to help with sizing questions before you buy — please reach out to contact@aldentelisboa.com with any questions about fit prior to ordering.
